Quick and clean work
5 stars plus!! Arnett was awesome. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He remounted my TV which was done incorrectly by someone else and inset a media box into the drywall behind it to conceal the receiver and all the wires. I’m so happy with how it turned out and I’d absolutely hire him again. He responded quickly to my request on the app and I was able to easily schedule an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. Already thinking of what other things I can hire him to do and check off my list!

Had a need to have a few ethernet lines run to other rooms in the house. Arnett was extremely professional, and the work was of a high quality. There was a small issue with the drilling that had a small unintended consequence, and Arnett was quick to chat with me about potential solutions and gave us a reasonable comp off the cost of that particular line. Even with that said, I was extremely satisfied with the work and would definitely call him again for any A/V needs we may have.
Did a great job installing Ethernet.
Our technician walked into a situation that could have been difficult, two totally blind people who were trying to relay the problems that their sighted friends had told us about when watching television with us. He was great, he asked questions and looked and responded. He was very polite and patient and I think that we got a lot done, and if more is required will be happy to have him back. Terry Chaney
