I can’t say enough great things about this company. Nicole was an excellent communicator. Scheduling was easy and they worked with us to get the project done ASAP. Arnett was incredible. Our setup was not the easiest but he took the time to figure out solutions to make everything work and look the way we wanted. He didn’t cut corners or try to do something that would take less time. He came out more than once and made sure the job was done right. He clearly takes pride in his craft and it shows in his work. Highly recommend!

Our home theater was in dire need of an upgrade. Rtechwork responded timely to my request for security camera installation and set an appointment for the next afternoon. Upon arrival Arnett offered suggestions on placement for the best coverage; and worked efficiently and patiently (even with my 7 year old peering over his shoulder)! Very professional and nice person. I really appreciate his automated scheduling and invoice process. Pricing was fair and $55 less than another pro. I’m pleased with the install job. I would definitely hire Rtechwork again.
