Rucci is a good company. They have an excellent team from their technicians to their office staff. I have automatic delivery and never have to worry about receiving a fuel drop. They are prompt and come year round. Their technicians are professional and always courteous. They come yearly to clean the furnace and always clean up the area around the furnace. They are prompt if you call about a problem with your furnace any time or day. I’ve had a couple of other fuel companies prior to Rucci but none matched them.
I've been a Rucci customer for 25 years and they are always prompt, reliable and professional. If there are any issues with my heating system they are quick to respond.
Rucci Oil is the best! When you call the office they are always friendly and helpful. The mechanics are always on time and are happy doing their job. They do their job efficiently and always clean up after themselves. You would never know anyone was there except for the fact the space is cleaner than before they came!
