I am the Facility Manager at a large Catholic church/school/rectory complex with a 2 boiler system and we are located in Manhattan. To be honest, when we decided to switch to Rucci from ****** Oil we thought that their offices being on Staten Island would greatly limit there arrival time after an emergency call .. especially on weekends. Rucci oil Co. was always available when needed including deliveries, service, and emergency calls. I would recommend to anybody that needed oil deliveries and service on their boilers.
I’ve been using Rucci as my oil company for about 10 years and I’m very happy with their service. The service staff is always professional When they come to service my boiler and they clean up after themselves! Their oil deliveries are always on time and the “office staff” is always polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Rucci Oil Company to anyone looking for an oil company.
