All our Rumpke drivers are great. The service is wonderful.
we have had this service for years. we enjoy the "any week" bulk pickup. a simple phone call to let them know. best garbage service we have ever had.
Our ******* service has been perfect for the 30 years weve been a customer. They allow us a pause when we go to ******* for the winter and they have never failed to pick up. I just wish they had pickup for recycling in our area. Maybe someday. A big thank you to the drivers, who have an often nasty job. We appreciate you!
Rumpke has been excellent. The drivers are friendly and courteous and billing is straightforward quarterly payments. Recent addition of fuel charge has increased cost, but they are still more economical than competitor Waste Mgmt.
For once, I'm pleased to write a POSITIVE review! Yesterday I called Rumpke to make arrangements to have my old water softener system picked up with the normal collection this date. The customer service person billed my credit card $22.50. She mentioned the charge was for 'water softener," but made NO mention of any weight restriction. This morning the empty brine tank was collected, but the heavy resin tank was left behind. Always picks up our trash on scheduled date. Never any trash blowing around the yard after they pick up. Container is in good shape, no cracks and wheels aren't broken.
Worst customer service I have ever been apart of. Never collect the trash on time and always and excuse as to why it didnt get done. I would avoid them at all costs!!

I’ve had ongoing issues with Rumpky Trash service. On several occasions, my trash was not collected while everyone else on my block’s trash was picked up. Initially, I was told my trash cans were too heavy, which led me to purchase two new trash cans at $100 each. This was frustrating, especially considering that my 12-year-old daughter regularly takes the trash out as part of her chores, so weight has never truly been an issue. I canceled my trash service through the website. I did not get a confirmation, so I reached out again. They said they did not receive it but canceled my service. Then I get a bill for services that I did not use. They still charged me for services till they officially canceled the service. I reached out to them to fix this mix up and they wont reverse the charges.
