Didn’t pick up one of my cans Monday. I went across the street and told the truck as it was still close. They basically shrugged his shoulders at me. I called customer service and the lady told me it would be picked up as it was only 9am when we spoke. Nothing happened called back twice on Tuesday and was told it would be picked up no later than Wednesday morning. It is currently Wednesday night. I still have a trash can on the corner? The only reason why I left 1 star ….. is because there was not an option for no stars. My residential can was not dumped. I called and was told that the driver made an attempt to dump it and was afraid of spilling something out of the can. I reviewed my ring doorbell images and no attempt was made to lift the can. When I called and spoke to Juanita his supervisor she informed me that he will not be coming back and that I needed to get overflow bags and empty my trashcan out and put the items in the bags. Worst customer service ever, I am 62, had knee surgery and my tote got some rain in it, the driver has refused it for 2 weeks now, I even tried to empty some water from a wheelchair, they pick up couches etc but a a heavy tote? I will contact the BBB

For 3 months our trash has been picked up every other week if that. When I call for someone to come get the trash, no one ever came. Not once. Then THEEE WEEKS went by with no service and no one came out when I called. FINALLY someone came at 21 days and only took the trash from the two cans. Not the two extra weeks of trash sitting there in bags. Now I’m having to fight to be refunded for service That Rumpke was REFUSING to give? That is really bad business.

Rumpke took over for another trash service when they retired and closed. In 4 weeks since they took over we have had 2 weeks that they picked up. One of those 2 times we had to call and they picked up 2 days late. The other 2 weeks we called and was told to leave it out and they would pick up. We are still waiting. We have called another service because we are tired of waiting on Rumpke. Their home office has said they will refund our money but we will have to wait. We've heard that before from them.

You have to watch this company they will attempt to bill you for services that they have not provided pay attention to your bill also pay attention to if you cancel service the remainder of what you owe them they will try to bill you for service that they have not provided yet I encountered this once before and had to straighten it out I got better things to do with my time than to correct a business billing account.

New service has not been picked up in three weeks. We started the service and placed the cans at the road the night before scheduled pick up on friday. The cans sat all day and that eveing we called and they told us to leave them and someone would come by and get them. Saturday morning they were still full. we left them as instructed an received a call on sunday saying they would be picked up monday. Monday evening still full we called and they stated it was 24 business hours so i told them we were at 48. they stated then up... read more

They have missed picking up our garbage again. Sometimes they say that it is because our garbage was not out even though I put it out the day before. I think that its because we are the only one on the street And the truck driver does not want to come down our street. We will be changing to another company on Monday
