I would much prefer city collection since I wouldn't have to spend so much time calling Rumpke to remind them that they have skipped my house. They regularly drive right past and don't bother with trash pickup. I'm not sure what I'm paying for because trash collection doesn't seem to be it.
Have you ever wanted a company to skip emptying your business' dumpster for weeks on end? Have you ever wanted them to come with the wrong size truck on multiple occasions and then just didn't come back? Have you ever wanted this to happen multiple times a year?? RUMPKE IS FOR YOU!
Custom service representative was extremely rude and condescending for literally no reason. Was just trying to get an ETA on when we could get our business dumpsters emptied that have been overflowing with trash and she took a ride attitude with me. Not cool honestly
If I could go back to city service I would. I didn't have a choice based on my neighbors wanting lower pricing. That comes with it's issues. I very much enjoyed having city services where I got a full sized trash, recycling, and lawn bins. Now, I have to pay extra for recycling and it's a smaller bin. I also am not able to get a lawn bin - apparently it is supposed to go in our trash bin??? My rumpke drivers are great! Never leave anything behind and always leave my trash cans upright and closed. The driver knows my grandchildren love the garbage truck and he interacts with them! 10/10 recommend
