Property/units/ grounds are nice. We just relocated to be closer to our jobs and I wish we could have brought Anthonia with us to be on staff at our new apartment complex. She was very helpful our whole time there. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. It's hard to find apartment management that's as easy to talk to and as quick to respond as they are. We'll miss it here and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking.
Have had problem with loud upstairs neighbors and management has promised they would correct the issue. After several requests management has still not addressed it. Banging all day and all night. They act like I’m bothersome for my very reasonable request of a quiet living place. Neighbors are loud in the hallway (the building echos and carries noise easily—new construction), bad cooking smells, people smoking near the doors. I’m not the type of person to leave a negative message, but this apartment complex was truly a negative experience for me. To begin, maintenance workers (males) came in 2 times unlocking my door walking in without knocking within the first weeks of us living there. Anthonia made it seem like everything would be just fine. Management took no action and basically just said sorry that these things happened multiple times. Very nice property well kept up and maintained. But I would have to say that they're rental application and process for new residents is kind of a scam. nickel and dime you for everything.
I recently moved but I was a resident here for a year. I have only good things to say about management. They were quick to fix issues that arose and very helpful with the move in / move out process. They were quick to approve and get me into an apartment( less than 24hrs) and anytime there was an issue they addressed it in a timely fashion. The apartment was laid out well, new appliances and well insulated from noise. I would highly recommend. Ask for Flory!
