They took over servicing of my loan from Wells Fargo. They have to be the most incompetent financing agency ever. Wherever their call center representatives are answer from, they are difficult to understand and could not solve an issue to save their lives. I am very sick of having to call every 2 weeks because they keep sending my payments to undeposited funds instead of applying to the balance due.
This company should not be allowed to do business. They’re completely incompetent. Honestly, I don’t even know how they are allowed to be in business. They literally screw my clients closing. They wouldn’t give them a payoff even though their request came in weeks before closing and eventually we had to file a bankruptcy to stop to sell because Rushmore would not allow himadditional time, even though he was already on The Closing, these people are evil
Useless !!! Simply useless!!! 20 mins for phone bots then 1 hour with customer care who are completely clueless or delibrately unhelpful. Impossible to get a payoff quote. Not recommended in the least. We have decided to simply pay off our mortgage due to the sheer horror of dealing with unresponsive enquiries.
Rushmore is a company that services loans. Unfortunately, they are only interested in rushing you into foreclosure, and DO NOT help you as you get caught up, go through modification or other processes. This company basically gives up on you and assumes you will be foreclosed upon, and rushes your house to auction. This company refused to return my calls. Stay as far away from this mortgage company as you can They don’t/won’t help you in any way and you’ll spend hrs on the phone just trying to rectify anything! I had the misfortune of being sold to them in the middle of a big insurance loss and it’s been a nightmare They’re holding my insurance money hostage and I can’t repair my home I have also now discovered they paid my taxes twice.
