Their technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Rusk can be trusted to provide honest services for what actually needs to be done. I never need to worry about being pressured into doing unnecessary repairs or costly upgrades.
Everything went great. The first contact on the phone was polite and cheerful. Our technician came during the specified time. He was friendly and informative.
Rusk came out an hour after phone call to give estimate and installers were out the next day to replace old heat pump. Great respinse time and professional. The new system is very efficient and puts out heat thruout condo. Old system was not able to produce heat in all the rooms. Would definetly recommend.
The customer service was second to none. Their care and punctuality with a willingness to explain everything, in terms I understand, was a great comfort. I think their prices are more than fair, as well. I am now a forever customer. Thanks Rusk!
We have always been able to depent on Rusk. They are extememly professional and acconplish the task professionally.
Great service as always. Have used Rusk since 1980 when they installed air conditioning in our home. Had to cut holes in floors and run all ductwork. We had radiant electric heat in each room. in our second home, husband was incapacitated due to a major stroke. They came out and kept us going until new equipment could be installed. Couldn't recommend a more trustworthy crew.
