I love Rusk. They make sure I never need them... teehee... with their bi-yearly checkups. They have saved me money on an air cleaner, on a new furnance, and on some things I thought I needed but didn't. The serviceman is friendly, courtesy, mindful of my ivory carpet, and careful not to let my cat out. He comes when they say he will and keeps me posted if delayed. I would completely trust him to come in when I wasn't here. Well worth the yearly cost!
My furnace went out and a technician was at my home within 40 minutes. It needed a pricey part on a 24 year old furnace so I decided to buy a new unit. John came out an hour later to discuss options. The next day, my new furnace was installed. Everything was accomplished timely and efficiently. Everyone was professional, friendly, and really appeared to enjoy what they were doing. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend Rusk to anyone needing a new unit or service.
Rusk and my service tech Dave are awesome. Called them after another company told me $1300 for repairs and Dave fixed it on a Saturday for $285. Highly recommend.

Doc Rusk has been installing and servicing my heating and air conditioning for many years. From service to sales, Rusk is the best of the best.
Ac was leaking Freon at a much faster rate so we decided to replace AC . Rusk suggested the furnace was aging we consider replacing both. We did. It took several days. New system is much quieter. I have been a rusk client since they sold coke so 70plus years. Great company!!!
This company is very well run and very professional. I have dealt directly with Steve Morrison (the owner) and found him to be an honest individual who really cares about his customers. I replaced my A/C & furnace several years ago and have the system serviced twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall. The techs who do the work are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Rusk to anyone that appreciates honesty and an excellent product. Barry K.
Furnace stopped working Sunday. Russ was here by 10AM and it was the circuit board, as he determined. Installed a new board and I'm back to being toasty! My family has dealt with RUSK for heating and AC for decades. I won't go anywhere else for such critical services. Thank you, Russ, you're the man!
