Everyone was very friendly and kind. Treated us as friends not just another customer. Dr. talked to us like people, didn't talk down to us and took his time to explain everything.....very nice, everyone.
Our first visit was fantastic! From the ease of scheduling the appointment, to interacting with each associate and Dr. Waldy, I highly recommend Ruskin Animal Hospital! They were kind, punctual and took their time to get to know us.
No matter what, Dr Heaton and the ENTIRE office staff is amazing. I am so beyond blessed to have them! They ALWAYS fit me in and truly have hearts of gold. You take your pets here to be cared for by people who love animals. My mom had her dog euthanized her and the staff were so compassionate. They even sent her a handwritten card which touched her heart so much. They care about my pup as much as I do and I wouldn’t dare bring her anywhere else. The care they give your pet is awesome. It was our first visit and I felt we knew everyone for years. The Dr and Tech really made us feel comfortable.
Only have had dealings with dr mike...but could not imagine having a more compassionate vet for my little darlings...5 stars all around to all at Ruskin Animal Hospital...

I’ve been bringing all my doggies to this hospital for 17 years now and it’s the best place. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. It’s always a great feeling when someone remembers you and your pets and gives them love!
