I just rescued a sweet miniature Cockapoo, and brought him here to see Dr Heaton. I was so nervous as this is my first rescue. All my questions were answered with such care! And boy I had a ton! My little guy got a clean bill of health! And the Dr even called to see if I had questions right after we returned home. And a technician called today to check in on him. It’s so nice to know they care! And all my nerves are now gone! Thank you for your Customer care and professionalism!

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and explains in detail what they will be doing. they do not suggest things that aren't needed and will tell you if you don't need something. love it here. Prices are reasonable

Come on, mama...I’m gonna be fine! Stop looking so worried! They are giving me treats and everything!!!I got to listen to my heart...and they stuck me with only the littlest of needles...you know this isn’t our first rodeo🤠🤠🤠and won’t be our last. We’re in excellent care...♥️♥️♥️♥️we lost her three weeks later but they were amazing even in preserving her memory🥰🥰🥰🥰
The Staff at Ruskin Animal Hospital have always been very nice and helpful. Even when it is very busy they are smiling and make you and your fur baby comfortable, All of the Vet have been good. Dr. Heaton has been wonderful, caring and listing .Willing to explain problems in easy forms to understand. I am very thankful we have this group of caring people here,
