RecommendedWe are snowbirds and wanted a local vet while in Florida. Dr Waldy has taken great care of our dogs. This past Oct. I had to make a visit with my old Dachschund. He tested him for Cushings etc. He had Cushings and high liver enzymes. My little dachshund became very ill quickly and we had to have euthanized. Dr Waldy and staff got us in quickly. RecommendedI've taken my cat here since 2011. The attention Dr. Waldy has given him has kept him alive. The entire staff is very caring. I would take my cat no where else!

RecommendedI have been using Ruskin Animal Hospital for over 16 years. My main veterinarian is Dr. Waldy, he is very knowledgeable and gentle with every animal I had. My first Shih Tzu, he was her doctor from the start of her life. Yesterday, I had my new Shih Tzu puppy into see Dr. Waldy and he was very thorough with my puppy. The staff is also extremely nice, they are all very caring of all the animals and is humans. Thank you Ruskin Animal for all you do!!!!

RecommendedThey were very thorough and even called the next day to check our our kitty. They caught a few things that are last vet didn’t catch. The only complaint I have is that one of the staff said our cat wasn’t a Maine coon based on the color. But other than that they were great.
