Good support from Kevin MCNamara but getting project done took several months for ASHCO. Kevin was the only one responding.
Excellent work by Ashco on our roof, Gutters, exterior and best service. Very professional and also will work with the insurance companies and do not have to worry
I appreciate Evan Cardosa for his professionalism and honesty in dealing with our claim. He was always prompt to answer any questions we had with a quick response. Although our claim did not warrant any major work, I would definitely call him for any future roof repairs. Ashco Exteriors Inc. should be proud to have him represent their company.
Very professional. Dustin (sales rep) was always available for questions and return visits and patient about repeatedly having to deal with our insurance company and mortgage company.
3 rental houses Some hiccups, but quickly resolved. House 1 - a/c freon line punctured. Repaired by Ashco same day. City inspection issue resolved. Was City error. House 2 - material should have been delivered before work started. By time it was delivered, it was too late to complete project on same day. House 3 - went very smoothly.
Great customer service and communication through the roof and gutter replacement process. Dustin Reiling was our sales guy and he followed through on all questions/issues...he worked to see to it we were satisfied with the job they did.
Dustin was very professional and communicated with us throughout the project. His attention to detail was outstanding and the quality of the work was excellent.
