We had a fantastic experience with Ashco Exteriors. We used Ashco to replace our roof June of 2019. We worked with Nick ********* who was wonderful. I was referred to Ashco by a friend who had also used Ashco and Nick and was very pleased. I contacted Nick in the late fall regarding a leaking roof. He was able to patch it for us for a very reasonable price to get us through the winter till we could get a new roof In the Summer. Our insurance company was not willing to cover the cost. I would recommend ASHCO and actually have recommended them to others for the service they provided me last summer. Nick S was the Service Writer I had the opportunity to work with and he did an amazing job walking me through the whole process, contacted my claims adjuster to set up everything. Nick also went over the paperwork with me to make sure I was clear on what was being done and how everything was being applied. Randy ******, the Ashco rep in our area, knocked on the door this summer (8/18) after a recent hailstorm. He asked if I was interested in a roof inspection. I said “of course” as I am a home improvement guy. Randy found hail damage and approached our insurance company on my behalf. The insurance process was simple—-Randy was there for me all the way——and sure enough we had hail damage to roof and gutters! Yesterday (9/18) the crew of nine workers showed up on time and began to tackle my roof. I have a 3200 s/f house with mul... read more

This company has the best people working there. Fought the Insurance company to get help to cover it but went thru a lot to help. They are tops! Experienced & very knowledgeable in all aspects. I respect & trust them with my only asset, my home! Thank you !!

I don't know about other operation sites but I had the opportunity to work with Dustin in Plano, TX. He handled my case extremely well. I had fallen into traps by other contractors who claims to provide free eval and estimate but left me hanging when my insurance carrier rejected my claim. This had made my recent claim very complex. Dustin is honest and took the time to guide me thru the process on how to deal with my insurance carrier. Ashco Exteriors in Carrolloton Texas just completed replacing my roof after a horrendous hail storm. Most pleased with the process and outcome of the project. Working with Area Sales Manager Dustin ******* was very enjoyable and the crew that actually performed the work was courteous and professional. We would like to convey our sincere thanks for all excellent services provided by Mr. Scott Kutz ( Area Manager ), Mr. T.J. Lopze ( Service Setter ) and Ms. April DeSmith with their patience, warmth and consideration. I was on my roof this past December to install Christmas lights when I noticed the roof was a bit worn (original roof for 11 year old house). I bought my house in 2013 knowing the roof was original but thinking it had a lot more years to give. I was concerned but not sure if there was enough damage from all the north Texas storms it had received to warrant an insured replacement.
