I felt I was being looked down upon because I was a senior citizen and my son was the one that was actually getting the loan I was cosigning. The notary was 45 minutes late plus forgot to have us sign paperwork which had to been then overnighted from Indianapolis back down to Indianapolis, and I just don?? think they had it all together. Could have be handled better.

I am unsure if it is the nature of the loan application process, but, I would deliver a set of documentary evidence and having complied with all the requests for same, only to be told sometime later that I needed to email another set of documents and then later another, etc., etc. It seemed like the goalposts were always being moved. the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. But for the unending stream of documentation, you delivered fine.

Every time I called it always went to an answering machine or voicemail. Called for a question or what have you and would not get a response back period till hours later.

Everything went well with this company until it came time for my parents to wire money and he received the wrong information and wired money to the wrong company. My dad did not feel like a priority because the person he talked to said "I'll get to it and I have other customers" I can understand it is a busy company but a large sum of money was misplaced and I hope that my dad would have been treated like a higher priority.

Hiring someone who really see that all new home-loaner matter. The person who dealing directly on my case didn?? do a good job at all. Bad communication, didn?? provide enough info to make sure that we would be closing the house on time and zero point for followings up on the case. Etc?? I?? so sorry to say that I really had such the bad experience.

Jennifer gave our insurance a difficult time over our homeowners insurance and our insurance agent said she was difficult to deal with . Craig was a very nice guy, but did not return e mails and phone calls and if he did ever it was a day or 2 later. After dealing with Bank of England a couple of times who were very friendly, prompt, professional and kept us informed every few days of our loan process , we will return to them for any future needs.
