Get to know your clients so you can be more personable. I know we only dealt with each other over the phone and email but that?? how most people are doing business now and if you can not adapt to be understanding to those types of clients and get to know them over the phone or email then I will not do business here again. The only time you called me was to interrogate us about something we sent you. I felt you spoke to me unprofessional when questioning me about certain details.

Nathan was great. I would NEVER use the inspector again, however, which was your recommendation. He missed two major defects including a burnt stage panel/ and cracked heat exchanger in the furnace, and the AC was without Freon and oil in the coil which means it is not working . These were not noted. Poor all the way around.

Loan officer seamed as if he did not know how to do his job or very unsure of what he was doing. Failed to have someone cover for him while on vacation which caused closing to be pushed back. Would request documentation multiple times after already receiving them.

Ryan was wonderful to work with, however our appraisal was not at all professional. They tried to cancel 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, then when he finally came, he wore his dirty shoes all throughout my house, didn?? wear a mask and spent less than 15 minutes doing the entire appraisal. The actual appraisal was extremely low compared to homes in the area. Overall, Very disappointed in that experience. Would never recommend Barrasas Real Estate Appraisals, ever.
