I was really happy with everything during our mortgage process up until we almost didn't make the Thursday settlement date. It seems like the processor didn't know that Wednesday 12/11 was veterans day and banking was closed. I wish that she had planned ahead and gotten everything ready prior to the holiday. In the end Ryan got it done. Overall, I was very happy with Ryan and will most likely use him again on my next investment property.
