Ryan worked tirelessly and got us numbers and estimates fast ! His willingness to explain the process and answer the same questions twice was priceless to this first time home buyer . When my loan went to underwriting the flow of information from his staff, Dan Kolb in particular, did not stop. Our real estate agent commented multiple times on how easy it was to do business with this lender. As a buyer , I WANT a lender that gets a thumbs up from real estate agents . Five stars .
