Ryan Harsche was with us every step of the way and helped us tremendously with our mortgage application and loan. He was very communicative and was willing to really work with us as we had to have a somewhat rushed closing. Ryan was just great. Living abroad, it was harder to communicate and get things done, given the time difference, but Ryan was excellent at keeping me up to date, sending me reminders on deadlines and due dates, and in general understanding and patient. He also clearly explained things whenever I had any questions. All in all, he made sure I had a smooth mortgage process!
