Ryan is really an awesome loan officer, timely and knowledgeable. It was our pleasure to have worked with him and his timely response ensured us to secure our first home offer. Ryan is very patient with us and always available. He met with us on weekends to go through all fees and cost estimates in details. The website and app do not work. People I was forced to communicate with on the app ignored me. Ryan was MIA for a lot of the process and was only available, many times, to have a phone call around 830pm around sporadic weeks. Why?! We then had most of out interactions with another person, Katrina? Such a poorly managed organization. I'm glad it's over- I'll never deal or recommend MyCity Mortgage, or Home Town lenders to any living being.
