I am a USMC Disabled Veteran. And Ryan displayed the integrity, commitment, and professionalism that i was used to seeing every day in the Corps. We were with a Mortgage Company that had messed up our Taxes and our Insurance. That was the only reason we were refinancing. Ryan and his team made this process so easy. I had filled a survey that sent it to many Mortgage Companies and Ryan was the first to call. One conversation with him, I knew he was the one I wanted to go with. We were almost on the verge of bankruptcy. I did not want to talk on the phone to a lender. I am set in my ways and that is not how we refinanced in the past. RYANS' KNOWLEDGE AND LEADERSHIP FOR VA LOAN RQUIRMENTS MAKES VA LOANS SMOOTH AND FAST. MY VA LOAN WAS A LITTLE BIT COMPLICATED IN COMPARISON TO OTHER VA LOANS. I TRIED FOR 4 MONTHS AND TALKED WITH SEVERAL SUPPOSEDLY VA MORGAGE SPECIALISTS TO GET A VA LOAN AND NONE WOULD WORK WITH ME. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH RYAN'S ASSISTANCE AND KNOWLEDGE.
