I am writing you to compliment you on the work done by your bank and Ryan Kretzer for my recently closed loan. I had previously worked with Quicken a few months ago and my experience with Bridgeview was much, much better. Everything went smoothly and I felt informed and well-treated during the entire process. Ryan helped my wife and I purchase our first home in 2015. We liked the service he provided so much that we used him again when we refinanced in 2016.As a veteran, some of the documentation required for a VA loan can be daunting. My interactions with Ashley Balch was great, he was very understanding and accommodating. I just didn't have much interaction with Ryan Kretzer directly.
