Ryan was always quick in responsiveness to email & phone calls, which made the entire process as effective as possible. Once I made a decision on my (currently owned) property, Ryan immediately initiated the process and we had an offer in an hour after I made my selection.

We had worked unsuccessfully with another realtor for 1 1/2 years to sell our house. We turned to Ryan in late summer of 2014. Ryan proved to be more aggressive and diligent in his efforts to sell a house that was difficult to sell due to its unusual location. We left the area for the winter and Ryan continued his efforts. Finally, the house was sold in mid-February 2015. We are grateful for Ryan's diligence and that he will wiling to take the extra steps to sell our house.

I had to move my mother to assisted living in a hurry and it was urgent that I sell her home to pay her monthly rent. My mother's only income is Social Security so it was imperative that the sale be quick. Ryan welcomed the challenge and within 4 months, the house was sold and settlement made quickly. Ryan has always been very responsive, courteous and well-informed. This transaction is the third time I've worked with Ryan and I would do so again.
