Ryan has been very active in selling this house. He promoted it well and got a lot of traffic and interest in it. He helped a great deal in the negotiations with the buyer and closed the deal! He took care of a great many details that saved me time and his knowledge of the housing market in the area contributed to this successful sale. Well done Ryan!

After 6 months and very little activity, I decided to change real estate agents. Ryan was able to reach out to me by my cell. Only one other agent was able to do this. All others used the US postal service which amazed me in this technological age. I agreed to meet with Ryan along with two other agents individually. We contacted Ryan to help us sell a house for my Mother. It was important that we found the right Realtor as we did not live in the area and needed to ensure that my Mother was well represented. Ryan helped me to sell my mother's house. I was not familiar with the tradesmen in the area, and the house needed repairs. Ryan helped me to find excellent repairmen. All repairs were completed on time and to my satisfaction. Ryan was always there to answer any questions that I had. It was a very good experience.

Ryan was our real estate professional when we sold our property. He listed and sold the property in one week. The transaction was more difficult than we anticipated but Ryan was always there to support us and give us excellent advice.

Ryan listed and sold our home quickly. Office staff very helpful and returned emails and call promptly. Overall, he did his job and sold our home. The entire process was quick but we really didn't feel like a priority due to the length of time on returned calls to Ryan. I base this off of my past dealing with agents and the treatment we received during the entire process.

Ryan always puts the interest of his clients ahead of his own personal gain. We had our home listed with a different realtor last year and it did not sell over a six month period. Without any significant upgrades to the house, Ryan promised to sell it within 3 months and he delivered. He also played a key role in finding a new home for us at a below market price.
