Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure about most of the process and had many questions. I never felt like I was bothering Ryan and all of my questions were answered which made for a very smooth process.

Ryan Proffitt walked me through the loan process of purchasing my last house. During the time the loan was being processed that bank that I was working with decided they would no longer make mortgage loans. I ended up having to start over! We bought our second home with Ryan’s help and I can not stress enough the difference in our first homebuying experience and this one.
