If there were 6 stars I’d give that. This is my second refi with Future and there is a reason it’s my second. All promises fulfilled both times. In a years time with the two refi, my monthly mortgage has gone down and from 30-15 years! And I’ve not paid a dime out of pocket. Dean and Ryan are great. They got me a program with closing costs covered. Takes a little math bc of timing of taxes etc possibly but numbers worked out perfectly when all said and done. Okay.... I just HAVE to leave a review for Ryan Proffitt. Ryan! You and your team was amazing and so helpful during this whole experience. I mean responding to text messages at 11pm at night and on Saturday and Sundays when he is with family. My husband and i worked with Ryan while purchasing our new home, we were also selling our existing home and planned a simultaneous close. Ryan and his team worked very hard to make sure all timelines were met, they also made things very easy for us which was extremely important as we both work full time with small kids. Working with Ryan and his team was the best part of our home buying process. And whats funny is that we thought that the mortgage lender part would be the worst! We first were introduced to Ryan while looking at the different house that we didn't end up going with.
