I had heard about Guaranteed Rate and was fortunate enough to connect with Ryan. From the beginning, Ryan was extremely helpful and efficient in getting my refinance completed. He made everything easy to understand. I knew at all times what he needed from me, as well as the status of the refinance. If I ever had questions, Ryan would answer them promptly, even at late hours of the night. I 100% recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a loan, and I would never consider using anyone else now that I have worked with him.

Ryan helped me refinance my home and he was wonderful! I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response or phone call from him. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I’m glad I went with Ryan Richardson with Guaranteed Rates to help with the purchase of my new home. He made the process very easy and here’s a few examples. 1) Responsiveness - Ryan’s response time was great.
