What a lovely home, fantastic staff. Lovely food. Great entertainment. A bit pricey but worth it.
The reality doesn’t live up to the glossy website and brochure. Whilst some carers do a great job, they are hampered rather than motivated by the management. Residents are often left unattended for too long. The culture seems more focused on impressing visitors and short-term cost management rather than caring and being responsive to residents’ needs. Overall, poor value for money.

Laundry goes missing from time to time - other peoples clothes appear in drawers and wardrobes, even though all my mother's items have linen name stitched labels sewn in.
