I find that the staff can't do enough for the residents. The most notable factor is the regular sound of laughter, which all the money paid cannot buy.

We had a fine dining family lunch. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lounge/bar area and dining room beautifully presented. The three-course meal was very generous and very tasty. We have had great reviews from all the family about my Uncle and Aunts stay and would highly recommend Ryefield Court.

It is such a relief to know that Mum is being well cared for and is happily living at Ryefield Court. The staff team has worked hard to enable this, encouraging her to join in with activities and to meet other residents. They also strive to accommodate her individual needs. This has had a positive effect on her health and well being. When I visit I am welcomed by all staff, many of whom know whose daughter I am, and are able to give an update on how Mum has been. Fine dining experience. Wonderful service and pleasant atmosphere. So lovely for families to be able to do this without having to take residents outside in the cold.

It is always lovely to come and visit Ryefield. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. You can tell they really look after people who live very well.

Staff are fantastic, they engage with residents in a caring and empathetic way. The rooms are lovely bright and spacious and the home is always clean and tidy. There are plenty of activities to keep people busy and the food is excellent.

My friend is a resident at Ryefield Court and it is a pleasure to visit her in such clean and pleasant surroundings. As she has dementia it is not possible to take her out but we always enjoy having a coffee in the lounge and feel as if we are in a nice hotel somewhere. Although confused, she is always delighted to see me and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

91st birthday celebration. Mum spent her 90th birthday in hospital last year, therefore, this was very special to her family. It was wonderful to have the garden lounge decorated with balloons, lots of lovely food and drink, doors wide open for the great grandchildren and grandchildren to be able to play outside! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

From the moment Mum came to Ryefield Court we have been so impressed with the care she has received. The staff are brilliant - caring, well trained and they all have a genuine, warm rapport with the residents. Her room is lovely - the home is welcoming, inviting and cosily decorated. The food is excellent, especially the fine dining and there are plenty of varied activities to be involved in. It is the dedication of the staff which is paramount though and their care is exemplary. Mum is content, safe and making friends.
