They made me feel very comfortable and made sure to address any questions I had. Dr. Poindexter is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful, positive attitude. Great Service Great service very informative but when it came down to payment I assumed my dental insurance was accepted by the practice because when I made the appointment I provided my insurance information and was told if I didnt receive a call back then Im fine. I came in filled out paperwork and I asked again how much will my insurance cover and the receptionist stated that they would find out. I was called back and had a good cleaning. Professional and friendly Very professional and friendly staff quarterly cleanings are done with professionalism and humor and I'm always given great tips to improve my oral health. Dr Poindexter and her staff has made an often procrastinated but important part of healthcare less stressful and at least in my case a consistent part of my annual health routine.
