High Quality of Professionals! I had to reschedule my recent appointment a dozen times. I had to leave the office to make another appointment, and the office was able to accomodate me by moving the appointment to the very next day. Great Service! Dr. Poindexter and her staff makes you feel like you matter. Dr. Poindexter is personable, patient, gentle and treats you like an actual person. She listens to your concerns and provides a treatment plan that meets your needs.

I am very satisfied with the high quality service. She is friendly but still maintains a professional manner in working with her patients. She is more affordable when comparing her fees with others.
I've been going to Ryerson Smiles for years because they are kind, efficient, a good balance of being sensitive to people who are a little scared, but come on you do need to brush and floss regularly. I like how everyone tells you what they are going to do before they do it, and give you a hand gesture use if you need to take a break. I am lucky and have dental insurance, which seems to cover all the costs, so I can't really comment on pricing.
The very best in dental care I have been a client of Dr. Poindexter for over 10 years and my family and I would not think of going anywhere else. We are treated like family.
