Rylan and his entire team are truly top tier. He knows the business really well, and doesn't let small obstacles deter him. He offers great advice and is pleasant to work with. Above all, he is extremely responsive, and walks you through the process as painlessly as possible. I initially hesitated to text him on a night or weekend, figuring he could get back to me during business hours, but he would immediately pick up the phone and call to answer any and all questions. First of all, I apologize for taking this long to write about how very pleased I was with Rylan's service. It was an absolute pleasure taking the journey with him - getting me in to my first home.
