We refinanced a Prmi loan and were contacted over and over about when our payment would be received as well as received way too many letters about when our payment would be received. We felt as though this information should have been avail to the collection dept if there would have been some notes that we were refin. Another huge thing was that we signed our loan documents on 2/19 but our exsisting loan was not paid off until the 26th which was rediculas. Our money avail on 2-24 way to late.

If Rylan would have looked at the final documents and informed us of a major change ($20K swing) to what we were told by Rylan, he would have been rated much higher.
