Scheduled for someone to come out. Was told be there in hour this was at 930 in the am. 3 hrs later I called and was told new eta 330. Once he arrived wanted to charge me $1750.00 for a basic leak detection. American Leak Detection on charges $575.00 which is fair. They cost me an entire day of work. Even worse im a master plumber and technician still tried to screw me. Do not call this company unless you like paying 10 times more than it should.
We replaced an old shower head with a newer model. Installation was quick and improved water flow. Compared to before, the experience is much better.
I was able to get an appt within a week and the technicians that came out were very helpful in explaining what I needed, walking me through the parts and prices. They had the parts with them and got everything completed same day. They were careful to wear booties inside since it was muddy outside, and my dogs loved them. Highly recommend Weston and Carson!
They repaired my front yard water main pipe leak back in Sep 2022, and now about 3 years later, the a leak reemerges from the same place. I called them and they said their warranty is only for 1 year. To me, a pipe which is flexible and is buried in 1 ft of dirt should not fail just in 3 years. Poor workmanship or planning by them. The manager did not even want to acknowledge that there could be any poor work by them and she said we are 100% sure we did the work excellent!!!! So, I initially gave a 5-star review because our service tech, Andrew immediately came into our home (before beginning any work) and stated that he and his colleagues were in competition to get the most “5-star” reviews. However, this was my grandmas house where he replaced the 30 year old faucet and this archaic faucet was better than what they installed!
