Had a leak in our tub and shower area knowing it was either the tub spout or drain. The tech they send tried to charge $560 “diagnostic fee” to essentially find out what we told them the issue was. Also tried to charge a $75 fee to show up. Needless to say we sent him packing. Had a more local guy come out. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue within 30 minutes. I was able to get an appt within a week and the technicians that came out were very helpful in explaining what I needed, walking me through the parts and prices. They had the parts with them and got everything completed same day. They were careful to wear booties inside since it was muddy outside, and my dogs loved them. Highly recommend Weston and Carson!
Avoid these guys. $150 service fee if they come look at a rental property. Yeah right. A plumber should price their services right, and they won’t have issue acquiring enough business to thrive.
Our plumber was Alex Warren who did an outstanding job installing our new water heater and water softner. S&D did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout this process. Water heater went out on Friday morning and by Saturday afternoon we were back in business. Great job by both S&D and our plumber Alex Warren. S&D is now our permanent plumber. I would highly recommend this company!
Jason and Caden were absolutely amazing. I used S&D for a clog in my kitchen and laundry area. They were thorough and infinitely patient. They went above and beyond to show me the problem was completely fixed before they left. I couldn’t have asked for better service. These guys have my business for life.
