RecommendedI had taken my 14 year old cat to a nearby vet who failed to diagnose him. I brought him 2x and they had no clue as to why he was drooling and had a foul smell and was having trouble eating. I got another opinion at Sachem Animal Hospital and the Dr saw the problem in 2 mins of examining him. Sadly my cat has a mass on the back of his tongue and it is cancerous. RecommendedI returned to Sachem Animal Hospital after 15 years out of the area to find the same professional expertise,attention and kindness I had with my kittens Patches and Pepsi 30 years ago. Yes, the Vets are young men yet there is an enduring country Vet feeling. My tuxedo, Brownie had urinary issues and Dr Meyers was kind and talked, put me at ease, explaining idiopathic cystitis and providing instructions on what to do.
