I recently called for check of my hydronic heating system which stopped working after recent re-pipe. Service was quick, on time and the thought was that some of the piping may have been installed incorrectly creating the problem of no heating. He did not take things apart, which would have cost hundreds of dollars but suggested to contact the re-pipe company and have them take a look, before encountering any additional cost. We have always had a great experience with Saddleback Plumbing for all our needs with heating and air Conditioning. I called them with a problem, not an emergency, and they would come the next day, which was fine. Then They notified me they could squeeze me in that day. They came out and checked the problem, which turned out not to be a leak after all. My son referred them to me. They are now our families plumber. Great people!!!
