I recently called for check of my hydronic heating system which stopped working after recent re-pipe. Service was quick, on time and the thought was that some of the piping may have been installed incorrectly creating the problem of no heating. Every single time I have received service from Saddleback (and, yes, I have unwisely received service from other plumbing, heating & air providers), when the job is complete, I say to myself, "These guys just know what they are doing AND they are consistently friendly about doing it." You get what you pay for—I learned that from teaching at U.S.C. fo 30 years.
We have needed a plumber several times in the last little while. Saddleback has come through for us. Quick response, fair prices and neat.
We have always had a great experience with Saddleback Plumbing for all our needs with heating and air Conditioning. Recently our thermostat died during the heatwave and they we able to have someone out the same day. They went over all the equipment, changed the filter on the furnace, and installed a new thermostat. Thanks so much for great service.
I called them with a problem, not an emergency, and they would come the next day, which was fine. Then They notified me they could squeeze me in that day. They came out and checked the problem, which turned out not to be a leak after all. My son referred them to me. They are now our families plumber. Great people!!!
