dispatch was very communicative about the ETA of the technician. the technician, showed up in mask, gloves and with booties. He was very careful in the home to not touch anything, and did a very clean job on the repairs.

EXCELLENT, FAST THOROUGH SERVICE ! Memo came and fixed a gigantic HIDDEN LEAK from the 2nd floor. We would have had more damage.. but it was QUICKLY IDENTIFIED, and COPPER PIPE PUNCTURE WAS REPLACED QUICKLY. Memo and Saddleback Plumbing deserves 10+++ STARS !!!
Great service. Memo has been our service technician for a few plumbing issues at our house over the past year. He has truly been excellent. He is very knowledgable, honest, personable, thorough and has just saved us hundreds of dollars by accomplishing a repair on our water main that a competing plumbing company said couldn't be done without walkway demolition and replacement. You can rest easy with Memo & Saddleback Plumbing.
