I made a phone call late Sunday afternoon, and received a response call just after 8:30 the next morning. We confirmed that today was a fine day for the service to be performed, and an hour later a truck shows up. Our specialist was friendly and informative, walked us through the process, etc etc. No complaints except for the fact I'm the one paying instead of my landlord. That's not on you guys in any way. Keep up the good work.
