The employee that serviced our home was very clear on exactly what she would be doing. She wanted to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. She didn't seemed rushed to get to the next job but took the time to solve some issues we were having.

I recently experienced a lot of wind damage and have had a lot on my mind in terms of service calls. I forgot to mention the rodent bait boxes blew away. I called the service person and she turned around and replaced them. Thank you!
