The service people are always friendly and professional. I have always liked the fact that they use "green" products to control the bugs. The true test of their effectiveness was seeing that during Spring and Summer, there were no live bugs around the house or in the garage. Absolutely NONE have EVER entered my home!! Their process really works without the toxicity in sprays used by standard companies. I am extremely pleased and grateful for their service.
