Dedicated employee with great attitude
I have had consistently good experiences with Edge. They are always quick to come out when I call and very thorough. My most recent call was to treat my deck for wasps. The tech was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure he got every crevice they were trying to take advantage of. Very satisfied with this business.
You should be advised that they, like so many around the country due to the worker shortage, have a higher than normal wait time. But if you are willing to take a little extra time then it is a phenomenal experience. The customer service is great, the service is great, and it works wonders! All the bugs that we see are dead bugs and I couldn't be happier with the service.
I have had a lot of experience with customer service. I made sure they knew I wanted the same technician. You can always follow up with that. I got to know my account manager and he helped me smooth out an error made by a (former) technician. Thanks!
Sara and I have tried other companies. All weâ  re found wanting in one way or another. These guys cover all the bases every corner of the property inside the house clean the eaves and spray the soffit and facia so the bugs are gone and wonâ  t be coming back anytime soon. Sara and I highly recommend this company for pest control. And customer service what is above and beyond.
