My service person, Eric, was super friendly and nice, and explained what he was going to do. Haven’t had any bugs in the basement since I started getting this house sprayed when I moved. My first servicing was indoors and out, that seemed to take care of the basement problem, and nothing since. Eric also pointed out a hole in my soffit that I hadnt noticed and need to plug.
The Tech was prompt, courteous and a great customer service guy.
Irwin es great! He took the time to soothes my paranoic worries. He explained how we still experience the itches and that creepy crawling feeling after a bedbug experience.. He even sent me website regarding this feeling. I felt a sense of tranquility as he drove into the sunset.....anyway that how I felt.
Edge is great! No insects or rodents any more!!!!!
