Stay far away from this place. We had a service scheduled for today. Guy never got out of his truck to do any service. Pulled up, sat eight minutes, then left. Then my wife gets a notice that they are charging $132 for service never performed. It's all on camera. Video does not lie. I've been wanting to get rid of them for a while because I was not satisfied. Stealing from people is a whole other thing though. Run, don't walk from this company.
If I could give it a zero I would. They continually arrange times to come to your house without your full permission. I have called many times to let me know in advance when they are coming not an hour before. Also, they trap you with a contract and when I called to change the payment to another date because it's holiday season they still took the amount out of my account. Christina is a fantastic technician and person. She has a great attitude and is great at her job. She is thorough and really cares about the customer. We always request Christina and are very happy with her service.
Logan was very knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and punctual. He told me exactly what the issue was with our mice situation, showed me pics so I didn’t have to go in the basement for myself lol, and was very clear about what needed to be done, PLUS scheduled the additional services that needs to be done within a weeks time! Thx Logan! Only thing is, he left a trail of insulation and other debris that is very harmful to dogs and kids. I happen to have 2 dogs and my grandson over at the time. Bad company to deal with their expensive and don’t do a good job they steal your money. They did my service and I wasn’t happy and didn’t even work with me to refund the money back to me. The garbage company don’t ever deal with them.
