No spiders or ants. Still having a problem with bedbugs. Your people sprayed again. Hope it solves my problem. Thanks for your help. Be safe and healthy.
I had this for 11 months now. Nothing been done right. I'm more than pissed off because the problem still exists. They will not do their job right. Will not spray what I want sprayed. Too many service technicians telling me different things. I will NOT recommend this company at all to anyone! I'm in the process of calling the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General to see what can be done about this company. Had enough already with losing sleep!
I was charged for a service I never received despite the fact that my service guy who always gives me great service & respect, told me he wasn't charging me, the company didn't care and charged me anyway! Can't wait to get rid of this company! They are only interested on making money & not what the customer deserves!
Tech came and did nothing
My townhouse is filled with spiders after signing up for Edge services. When I called to cancel, I wasn’t aware that I needed to pay half of my “subscription” which I was also unaware I was signing up for. Quick and shady salesmen are the worst. Yes, I should’ve read the fine print. I just think your cancellation fee is f****** ridiculous. The person I talked to when I called was nothing but polite. I know this situation is not her fault! tech did not come inside to check if any problems , asked him to spray kitchen area was told it was not needed . He left after he was done outside with out asking me if there was anything else or to sign for the work that he did , Did not let me know what if anything he came across .

When he called I told him that I was not going to be home right now he said he was going to do the outside just I told him we needed the inside done when I got home he was still there doing the outside and instead of coming on the inside to see what we need it all he did was pack up his stuff and left
As a quarterly inspection I still expect you guys to spray the whole house and employee came in saying he is only doing the areas where we still find insects in and that’s it. That’s not what we agreed when I signed up for the quarterly sessions. I expect a redo for this one which I’ll be calling for

This was a re-service. Evidently I did not understand that after a treatment there is usually a larger number of bugs noticed before they become less noticeable after a week or two.
