Sales associate agreed to charge us one price and that was only the case on the first bill. The next 3 sessions were billed much higher. We called to complain and no one wanted to help us is any way and insisted that we had to pay the cancellation fee. Feel like we were lied to and no one cared to help us fix it to keep us as customers. In addition, the last time we had a service, there were still bugs and spiders appearing everywhere.
I was expecting this company to remedy the mouse problem, but I did all the work filling holes, pulling insulation, finding the ways in, and having to hire someone else to fix the problem.
I don't like the fact putting down mice Trap that I change myself. I this is what I paid you to do. and I'm afraid of the mice. Now I need someone to change these trap for me.
I still Have bugs in my windows and patio door.

I didn't take the appointment call it was an 800 number that didn't register on my phone. Most 800 calls are sales calls and worthless, had it come up as your company on caller ID, I would have taken it.
