Professional and courteous
Service Technician very professional & friendly. This was the initial visit as part of our service contract. Answered all of our questions to ensure our collective understanding of the treatment process both indoors and outdoors. My only feedback was when asked directly during our Q&A before service contract signed regarding going into the crawl space and technician responding 'Yes of course', I found out after the visit when inquiry with my husband what he found in the crawl space, the technician did not go into crawl space... read more
Absolutely excellent. The best company we have used and we have tried many over the years. We have not had a single breakthrough ant issue since beginning to use Edge
I have been overall very happy with the service. On occasion I've had to have them come back and re-spray but they are very willing to do that and very efficient.
They will lower the price to get your business. I appreciated they had clear communication, arrived on time, and swiftly completed the work
