Did a good job.
The sales and service personnel are usually all professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. Have not had any spiders, wasps nor seen any rats come out of my stone wall. The only complaint I have is my initial contract was more costly so I did not renew. Then it was lowered $20 per service. I wish companies would just give you the best price initially and avoid the negotiation that ensues. I know many companies do this like Comcast and Seattle times. Luke came to my house and introduced me to your company. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was so knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable doing business right away! I first contacted Edge during summer of 2020 through a google search. I contacted numerous ant exterminators in town and found them to be one of the most competitive. I wasn't ready at the time, so I didn't hire them. But, they did give me a good first impression on the phone through their customer service. I hired them in August of 2021 because our ant problem was getting worse especially in the kitchen. They also offered me their friends and family rate to fill empty time slots. They do around windows and door, completely around perimeter of yard. It leaves no where for the ants to run!
We have had this female tech service our home before and she is great. Very thorough and knowledgeable about her work. We would appreciate her being our future tech applicator as she did an excellent job.
