Great all around
Scott and Richard were great! They need to reschedule part of the pest removal for the next day, but were patient and understanding of my time. I?d recommend Edge to anyone.
The company has a good product and a good service platform. Service and sales speaks English and listens and is helpful. There is a little bit of a breakdown at the technician level communication. Instructions given to administration, didn't quite make it to the technicians. I understand that, for many technicians, English is a second language; however, consider letting the owners write instructions directly to the tech through the owner portal.
